I believe OSSTF/FEESO needs senior political leaders who understand the structures and priorities of our union.  Who are also proven organizers and experienced activists, who can build the deeper capacity our union needs not only for bargaining, but to fight broader attacks on public services.

This is what I have been doing since I became an elected union leader over 25 years ago, including the last two years as a member of the Provincial Executive.  And it is why I am seeking your support of my candidacy for OSSTF/FEESO Vice-President.

We face an ideologically hostile government that is privatizing publicly funded services, including education, suppressing our members' wages and benefits, and attacking our working conditions.  The only way to stop this government is with a broad, coordinated campaign that engages all labour allies, along with our neighbours in the communities where we live. As Vice-President, I will use my skills and experience to strengthen and implement the plans we have put into action to stop this government.

My campaign team is planning virtual and in-person opportunities to talk with you about my vision for OSSTF/FEESO throughout the month of February. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
